He has a proven track record of scaling and growing software businesses across Fortune 500 companies, SMBs, and government sectors, including executive roles at ADP, Paycor, Thomson Reuters, and Dun & Bradstreet. Moneesh holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business. He is passionate about fostering innovation, delivering client-centric solutions, and building high-performing, purpose-driven teams.

As Vice President of Operations, Joy leads People & Culture, Client Contracts, Client Enablement, Sales Operations, and Marketing, while partnering with the CEO on M&A integration and strategic initiatives. With over 19 years of experience in strategic operations and people leadership, she brings a proven track record of scaling organizations, driving client retention, and translating strategy into operational excellence. Joy holds a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and is a certified Gallup Strengths Coach.

As CFO, Alex oversees financial planning & analysis, manages cash flows and leads capital planning and investment strategy to support long-term growth of the business. He is an experienced finance professional with over 20 years of industry and consulting experience specializing in FP&A, budgeting, reporting, treasury, operational accounting, M&A, post-transaction integration, divestitures and carve-outs, and turnaround and restructuring across numerous industries including technology and aerospace. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business from Arizona State University and an MBA from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business. He is a licensed CPA in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
As CTO, Josh leads the Product & Engineering organization driving continuous improvement and innovation in processes, services, and technology systems to enable gWorks to be the bedrock reliable cloud-based software partner to small governments and the citizens they serve. With 25 years of technology leadership experience across global Fortune 500 companies and SMBs, he is adept at balancing continual innovation with dependable service and focused on driving value for customers in critical partnership with departments across gWorks. He brings a pragmatic approach to balancing speed of delivery with quality and reliability, while managing long-term scaling needs founded on building collaborative team environments.
As the Chief Client Officer at gWorks, John is dedicated to delivering a best-in-class experience for our clients, ensuring their success remains at the heart of everything we do. With extensive experience in the software and financial service industries, he has held executive roles with Paycor, HSBC and Citibank, where he drove customer-centric strategies and enabled accelerated business growth. John holds a Bachelor of Commerce role from McMaster University's School of Business in Ontario, Canada.
